Our Cottage Policies

Reservations can be made via our website, Airbnb, over the phone, or via email. We prefer our guests to book online as you can view all the necessary information for your cottage and secure the booking immediately. Our deposit and payment policies are listed in each booking.

Short-Term Stays (shorter than two weeks): For short-term bookings, the payment will be forfeited in the event of a cancellation (full or partial) unless Rejoy receives adequate notice as defined below: · Group Bookings (over 10 people): 30 days’ notice of cancellation required. · All Other Bookings: 14 days’ notice of cancellation required. Private Bookings: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 7 days prior to your check-in date. Your payment will be forfeited if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date. Administration Fee: A $50.00 administration fee will be deducted from all refunded payment for eligible cancellations. Extended Stays (two weeks or longer): All extended stays are 100% non-refundable.

We do not have a minimum stay requirement. You may stay for as little as one night or opt for a long-term stay. Rates will be adjusted based on the length of your stay, with discounted pricing available for longer-term bookings.
